Bead Inspection: After barcode scanning, dual‑track synchronous 3D bead inspection automatically rejects NG parts. Detects bead width, bead height, broken bead, adhesive overflow and residual adhesive. 5. Screen Bonding: Barcode scanning manages adhesive pot‑life. Dual‑track four‑station concurrent operation. Vision guidance achieves precise piercing & centering bonding with automatic height measurement. 6. Tooling Changeover: Vision‑guided mid‑frame picking.
